North One TV is looking for a highly organised and motivated Production Co-ordinator to join our team working on a seasonal global sport production, from November 2018 for a year-long contract. The role will involve some overseas travel, across weekends.

Key responsibilities:
• Managing all travel and accommodation (including cost management of) for up to 20 worldwide races for a team of 30
• Booking freelancers and suppliers
• Liaising with the UK broadcaster regarding deliverables
• Managing onsite accreditation procedures and requests
• Knowledge of H&S and insurance procedures in a high risk environment an advantage

Experience/Skills:
• Experience of sport production, including knowledge of live outside broadcast and ENG shoots preferable but not essential
• Managing broadcaster deliverables
• Extensive travel and accommodation experience including visas and carnets
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Proven record of working within a large team
• Can use initiative and problem solve
• Excellent time management
• Flexibility with working hours, including working on weekends, and the ability to travel to location when required
• Ability to work under pressure, coupled with working to tight deadlines
• An up to date passport and love of travel an advantage!
