The Production Co-ordinator will act as the focal point of contact between production team members/crew and the production office, and co-ordinate various production functions. This will include providing support to the Unit Manager & Producer in securing and managing the arrangements for all the resources needed for the production.

Role Responsibility
You'll deliver first-class production management that will enable our team to create fabulous content seamlessly. You'll use your expertise and initiative to create and maintain accurate, thorough and professional business management processes and procedures.

You will ensure that productions and output are delivered to budget, whilst maximising value for money, managing all related risks and issues, and ensuring that all content and production is accurately measured and reported in a timely fashion.

You'll drive innovation, change and ensure continuous improvements are implemented throughout the production process.

The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role it's important you have strong production management experience, first-class knowledge of production management systems & processes and the ability to develop new ones where necessary.

You will have the ability to remain calm, organised and focused while under pressure and have excellent problem solving skills. It goes without saying that you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others towards your new processes in place.
