Overall Purpose of the Role:Reporting into the Production Manager, this role is one of two Production Coordinators responsible for coordinating UK and Nordic production. The successful Production Coordinator will proactively manage project progress, create and update makelists, confirm bookings, purchase orders, manage invoices and assist on shoots, liaising with other departments as necessary. The role requires a strong level of initiative and independence and is suitable for an individual that desires to progress within the Production industry. What you'll be doing:Working with Production Manager and Creative Manager to assign projects, proactively tracking progress, monitoring spend, updating Production Manager and stakeholders on delays and issues, ensuring spots/assets are delivered to deadlinePurchase orders & invoicing - creating POs, updating cost report, processing invoicesBookings - making all audio and voice-over bookings, sending out and updating calendar booking notificationsFreelancer bookings and onboarding - IT set-up, security pass, folder accessShoots - arrange and run shoots (crew & location/studio/post production facility bookings, negotiating rates and monitoring spend. Casting, contracts and release forms)Assisting Production Manager and Creative Manager as required What we're looking for: Essential:Strong ability to use own initiativeKnowledge of the Broadcasting environmentExperience in TV productionKnowledge of post-production process (edit, audio, GFX etc,) Desirable:Degree (or equivalent) in Media, TV or ProductionExperience working in on-air promotionsWhat's on offer: This role comes with a competitive salary and a wide range of benefits and perks, including private medical, generous pension contribution and company bonus.
