We are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to join BBC Creative, our in-house creative agency which creates promotional campaigns and branding for BBC programmes and services across all platforms.

This role is based in our News team which supports and promotes BBC News programmes and services that reach a global audience of over 400 million people per week.

Role Responsibility

In this role you will work with Creatives and Designers on campaigns encompassing broadcast TV, radio & audio, web & social, print and design.

You will work across multiple projects, managing workflow, production and delivery and ensuring they're delivered on time and within budget.

Your responsibilities will also include:

Planning and arranging design and production resources and schedules
Liaising with Creatives, Designers, Traffic Managers and BBC Marketing
Sourcing and clearing content
Attending edits and audio sessions
Booking voices for Audio sessions
Entering appropriate operational and financial data into the relevant BBC databases
Supporting the tracking of resource allocations
Collating assets and archiving projects
Overseeing delivery of final promotional material to multiple delivery points.

We are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator who will demonstrate:

Experience of delivering to digital, social, print and broadcast platforms
Knowledge of design based systems, software and formats is preferable, alongside experience of post-production processes.
