BAFTA is looking for a talented Production Coordinator to join its busy Production Department.

Job Title: Production Coordinator

Reports to: Head of Production

Job Location: BAFTA offices - London

Start Date: As soon as possible

Contract Type: Full time

Salary: £24,000 plus benefits

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

To work as part of BAFTA's in-house production team on filmed events throughout the year in the role as Production Coordinator. To support in the development and creation of additional content around the BAFTA Awards and other events to raise brand awareness.

Specific Responsibilities:

Support production team on production of BAFTA's online content for BAFTA's awards ceremonies and events
Source and book crew, equipment, transport, filming locations and catering for shoots
Coordinate shoots days and produce all required paperwork, such as call sheets, risk assessments and releases
Coordinate post production resources and ensure all post production paperwork is completed and delivered
Assist with management of production budgets, including issuing of PO's
Delivery of required assets from all filmed events for BAFTA Archive
Essential Skills Required:

BAFTA are looking for an individual who is passionate about our industry and wants to become part of a small but dedicated production team who wish to push the boundaries in terms of creating excellent content commensurate with BAFTA's aspirations.

At least 2 years' experience in production coordinating with an ability to work as part of a team but also to work independently when required.
Experience and an understanding of various camera, lighting, sound, editing formats and data wrangling
Experience at administration of production budgets
Experience of live broadcast
Experience of coordinating crews, clearance procedures, risk assessments.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills
