For more, visit www.bafta.org.Key responsibilities and accountabilities:To work as part of BAFTA's in-house production team on filmed events throughout the year in the role as Production Coordinator. To support in the development and creation of additional content around the BAFTA Awards and other events to raise brand awareness.Specific Responsibilities:Support production team on production of BAFTA's online content for BAFTA's awards ceremonies and eventsSource and book crew, equipment, transport, filming locations and catering for shootsCoordinate shoots days and produce all required paperwork, such as call sheets, risk assessments and releasesCoordinate post production resources and ensure all post production paperwork is completed and deliveredAssist with management of production budgets, including issuing of PO'sDelivery of required assets from all filmed events for BAFTA ArchiveEssential Skills Required:BAFTA are looking for an individual who is passionate about our industry and wants to become part of a small but dedicated production team who wish to push the boundaries in terms of creating excellent content commensurate with BAFTA's aspirations.At least 2 years' experience in production coordinating with an ability to work as part of a team but also to work independently when required.Experience and an understanding of various camera, lighting, sound, editing formats and data wranglingExperience at administration of production budgetsExperience of live broadcastExperience of coordinating crews, clearance procedures, risk assessments.Keen attention to detail and accuracyGood communication skillsHow to apply:Please send your CV and covering letter of no longer than 500 words explaining why you are the correct candidate for this role by Friday 4th October.
