We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join us.

Looking for someone who is easy-going with an amazing eye for detail and who is dedicated and passionate about their job and the projects they work on.

Experience is not essential, but we do need someone that knows what they are doing.
Ideal for a Production Assistant or Production Secretary looking to step-up.

We're very much open to recent graduates looking for their first job in the industry too!

Start date: September 2019
Contract Length: Initially 6 months with the option to extend

Job Description:
• Working across multiple projects including our weekly CBBC music show "The Playlist".
• Clearing music for BBC shows and inputting information into Silvermouse.
• Researching for The Playlist, including writing questions for celebrity interviews, finding appropriate music and materials for the audience and occasionally writing scripted pieces.
• Coordinating shoots including liaising with talent, crew, locations and other bookings
• Helping out on shoots
• Assisting in running Instagram feeds
• Coordinating on other shows including running logistics and communications between talent, crew, locations and arranging travel, accommodation, catering etc

The ideal candidate must be:
• Logical, with a great mind for forward planning. We need someone who will think ahead and make sure that nothing in preproduction will slip through the cracks!
• A strong communicator who will keep the entire team across all information regarding production.
• Initiative but doesn't fear to ask a question!
• Multitasking across multiple shows and projects without dropping the ball.
• Creativity! We're a small team who look for ideas and contributions from everyone.
• A social media whiz with a sound knowledge of Instagram and YouTube
• A strong knowledge of the post-production process
• Have a love for todo lists!


The ideal candidate would also:
• Experience with Silvermouse & a knowledge of music clearance
• Have a sound knowledge of health and safety, with experience risk assessing shoots
• Have a love for pop culture and an interest in everything 'online' (because who doesn't love a good meme!)
• Ability to use basic Adobe Photoshop and Premiere
• Enjoys yoga - because company yoga is a thing!
