Reports to Head of Programmes
Contract Type 12 month fixed term contract
Hours 40 hours per week (occasional weekend and evening shifts)
Salary Dependent on experience


Purpose of Role

To work across a number of our major projects including the UEFA Champions League and Europa League, The FA Cup and the Davis and Fed Cups


Main Responsibilities

Responsible for the coordination of projects
Liaising with clients - understanding their requirements and facilitating their needs
Generating invoices
Providing quotes to clients for various services
Raising purchase orders
Producing call sheets and communicating required information and updates to all staff involved
Organising and coordinating outside broadcasts
Booking production staff
Planning various in-house operations
General administration as and when required


Essential Criteria for the Role

A minimum of 1 years' administrative experience working in a sports production environment in an administrative role
Good range of knowledge from post production through to outside broadcast work
Good interpersonal skills - responsive and effective when communicating at all levels
Good organisational and communication skills
An understanding of budget control
Ability to prioritise workload
Ability to work in a high pressured, delivery driven environment
An interest in sport
Willing to work evenings and weekends
