Production Coordinator

London

We are a fast-paced, creative and dynamic client-facing agency looking for a talented Production Coordinator.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Overview:
Working as part of the Production division you will be supporting a team of Producers with multiple creative and administrative jobs to help them to deliver audio visual advertising campaigns for the theatrical and entertainment industry.

The job will be pressured. However, the agency is a fun, collaborative and exciting place to work with a great team, prestigious clients and high-profile work.

The role:
Set up, track and update all new jobs across all internal systems through to delivery.
Create and cross-check 'make lists' for all deliverables.
Book resources required for projects, liaising with the relevant internal departments and external suppliers, including trafficking companies, sound studios and censorship bodies.
Oversee received media, ensuring everything needed is on servers for editing and finishing.
Request assets from clients, including cue sheets, GFX projects and split audio.
Research for creative projects to support producers with background information and reference work.
Research, collate and present internally a list of voice over talent and music in response to briefs.
Upload files to FTP server and generate links to send to clients.
Oversee some creative revisions from client including edit and graphic amends.
Trafficking creative work to media owners and broadcasters, ensuring all delivered to specification.
Ensure cue sheets are completed by the post-production team in a timely manner.
Point of contact for all censorship bodies; Clearcast, ifco, RTE, RACC and BBFC.
Assisting with all external media queries regarding trafficking and censorship.
Covering administrative functions for other departments, as and when required.
Having creative input and helping to generate ideas across all output.
Creating decks and presentations to share with clients.
Produce smaller jobs as required.

Person specification
Essential criteria:
Experience working in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Works well within a team or autonomously, as required.
Experience working to deadlines.
A love of film and television and good knowledge of pop culture and a passion for the creative.
A desire to work in entertainment advertising production and career aspirations to become a producer.

Desirable criteria:
At least 1 years' production agency or client-side experience with short form entertainment advertising.
Understanding of censorship regulations and the submission processes involved.
Basic understanding of editing systems including Avid.

Skills:
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
Strong idea for creative editorial including music, sound design and graphic design.
Diligent and accurate, with an excellent attention to detail.
Strong people skills, with experience working as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
Polite and courteous with exceptional client-handling skills.
Ability to communicate well with people at all levels, with excellent written skills.
Self-starter with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
Discreet, professional and personable attitude at all levels.
Proven admin and IT proficiency (training on online systems will be given).
