The role: Production Coordinator
We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding Stars Creative team, based in our Leeds service office.

Why we need you: -
We are an in-house creative agency producing global and local branded content, including long form programming, live streams and short form social content, for the Stars Group's main verticals (Poker, Casino and Sports) across TV and digital platforms.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will assist with all production logistics, including booking travel and accommodation, catering orders, transfers, shipping lists, carnets, visa applications and work permits. You will provide onsite production assistance during televised and live-streamed international events, acting as one of the main points of contact.
You will help supporting the timely and cost-effective distribution of the localised TV shows, webcasts, video material, online content and all other programming for both internal / external clients. You will assist with production paperwork, including call sheet and risk assessment preparation, supplier forms, NDAs, contracts, raising POs and processing invoices, as well as organising ad hoc shoots and running smaller production budgets.
Please note worldwide travel will be required with this role and work outside of normal office hours.
Who are we looking for: -
A self-starter and team player, with first class interpersonal skills to be able to deal effectively with a wide range of people. You should have relevant TV industry experience and knowledge of media products and services, including a thorough understanding of digital platforms.
You will need excellent time management and organisational skills, and the ability to deliver high quality work under pressure. You should be naturally detail-orientated and deadline-focused to be able to deliver consistent high levels of service delivery and responsiveness. Strong knowledge of Excel is also required for this role.
As the ideal candidate, you will have: -
An interest in data analytics and reporting would be desirable.
