Main Purpose of Role:
To assist the Production Department to take delivery of production masters across all Audio-Visual formats, SD, HD,3D,4K, HDR for distribution in CD, Vinyl, DVD, Bluray, Theatrical, Broadcast and Digital platforms.
Responsibilities include:
• Liaising with Producers on deliverables.
• Booking QAR's and working through fixes of master material with Producers.
• Tracking master tapes and master library management.
• Updating all departments on delivery of masters.
• Assisting with the creation of promo reels for marketing department.
• Booking co-ordination of the in-house edit suites.
• Updating production and master schedules.
• Working with Production Department on all CD and Vinyl audio workflow.
• Raising Purchase Orders.
• Assisting in general post production co-ordination.
• Tracking departmental costs through Universal purchase order system.
• Booking couriers.
Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience as a Production Assistant and/or Production Co-ordinator
• Relevant Media Degree
• A working knowledge of tape formats/framerates and digital files, SD/HD/4K and audio formats
• A flexible approach to work and good attention to detail
• Ability to work to deadlines
