We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis, starting immediately.

You will need experience of working in a fast-paced production environment, able to juggle multiple tasks and shoots, and must be highly organised, with excellent communication and attention to detail. We are looking for a team player and someone who is keen to get involved.

This is a great role for either a Junior PC looking to step up, or a Coordinator who is ready to move into a permanent position at a company.

We are one of the world's leading producers of short-form factual content, creating and distributing digital content for huge global audiences, brands, clients and platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Setting up all shoots, including sourcing crew and camera kit, booking travel / accommodation.
- Creating call sheets and risk assessments, ensuring that all documentation and permissions are taken care of prior to the shoot.
- Manage and update on-going production paperwork such as release forms, call sheets, shooting scripts, master content lists.
- Maintain database or freelance crew, sourcing new talent to work with.
- General admin around video such as keeping asset lists, checklists, updating internal systems.
- Budget support for Production Manager in response to external client briefs.
- Assisting in the research, development and implementation of organisational systems and procedures.

The role will be based in Hoxton, London, generally working between 9am and 6pm.
