IMG Productions are seeking a Production Coordinator to provide key production coordination and assistance to the Production Manager of the EFL Production Partnership.

Key Accountabilities

To provide key production assistance and coordination support for the EFL Productions
Scheduling freelancers/staff and maintaining cohesive rosters
Regular liaison with camera agency re camera ops schedule
Regular liaison with our OB facilities company
Planning and coordinating the 6 camera OB coverage of EFL Championship games
Maintaining communication and sharing workflows with the EFL Highlights team
Supporting the team with budgeting and contracting
Ensuring Risk Assessments for the onsite match production are completed and H&S processes followed
Completing Fieldglass work orders
Raising Purchase Orders and processing invoices
Creating call sheets and being point of contact for crew out of office hours
Clearing archive footage and music where applicable
Completing post-production paperwork
Cost tracking
Troubleshooting and dealing with ad hoc production queries/duties within the department in conjunction with the Production Manager
Managing floats and expenses
Being point of contact for internal and external clients

Required Skills and Experience
Previous experience as a Production Assistant
Cost tracking and producing small production budgets
Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
Producing call sheets
Experience in dealing with Health and safety processes and creating risk assessments.

Working Conditions

This is a full time fixed-term contract until May 2023 and will be based at Stockley Business Park, Uxbridge.
Working hours are average 40 hours per week
Applicants must be prepared to work weekends if necessary and over Bank holidays
