Production Coordinator

An opportunity has arisen for a production coordinator to work in our expanding team, arranging shoots and production schedules across a range of sporting clients. One day you will be arranging filming at a stables for our equestrian clients, and the next you could be sending a rugby producer to Japan.
The ideal candidate will have experience in broadcast and digital media, and will be approachable and calm under pressure. Most of our shoots are a one-man crew so we need someone who will leave no detail to chance and will make sure filming is planned comprehensively. Most importantly, you'll need experience of managing crews and being the one person that everyone can rely on.
Duties and key skills:
Planning shoots in the UK and abroad
Arranging travel, accommodation and catering
Knowledge of VISA and carnet processes
Knowledge of camera kit and what equipment is needed for different shoots
Overseeing of kit asset management system
Sourcing and booking of crew, as well as rota management and schedules for pre and post-production
Knowledge of budgets, cost-management and negotiating rates
Responsible for paperwork delivery of weekly broadcast show
Contribute to office management
Experience of client management beneficial
Knowledge of social media platforms beneficial
General:
Work flexible days, according to the appropriate sports-related calendar
Able to perform under pressure, manage multiple tasks and to work to tight timescales
Be a good communicator with strong relationship management skills
Great team player with the social skills to go with it
Interest in sport beneficial, but not essential
Salary dependent on experience

Salary/Rate: Competitive
Working Days: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday (some weekend work required)
