Black Lab Films are seeking a Production Coordinator to join our growing production department, delivering TV Commercials, branded content and short films.
The right candidate would be available for an immediate start date, for an initial 3 month term. Beyond this there is the potential of a longer term contract.
The position will be primarily based in our Cardiff office and candidates should be based within a commute of this area.
All applicants should have Production Coordinator credits of at least 1 year and hold a valid driving license.
The ideal candidate will have experience and capabilities in delivering the following ;
- Excellent administrative, numeracy and organisational skills
- Diary management and scheduling
- Petty Cash management
- Crew booking and handling
- Agent and talent handling
- Travel planning
- Coordination of post production workflows
- Handling of confidential information
Experience working with Clearcast would be a favourable, but is not essential.
Salary based on £25k p/year pro rata.
