Production Coordinator

Gutsy Animations UK is recruiting a Production Coordinator to work on its new series of Moominvalley. This vital production role is integral to the smooth running of our busy and creative studio. This is a full-time fixed term position and will appeal to anyone who wants to build on their existing production experience in an energetic, high-quality studio environment.
Key responsibilities:
• Working with the Production Team, in particular the Production Manager, to ensure an efficient and fast flow of information across the departments
• Creating and maintaining asset databases, ensuring they are up to date with vital information
• Scheduling and attending reviews with Directors and HoD
• Tracking delivery of assets to partner studios
• Accurate note taking during crew meetings and conference calls
• Provide holiday cover when requested for other members of the Production Team
• Provide support to the Line Producer, Producer and Executive Producer where required
Required skills and experience:
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Production Assistant or Production Coordinator role
• A self-starter with excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Able to prioritise and adjust priorities as required
• Be forward-thinking, pro-active and a problem-solver
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail a must
• Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (required)
• Photoshop and Adobe (beneficial)
The role will be based in Long Ashton, Bristol until September 2019 prior to moving with the rest of the studio into new premises (currently anticipated to be based in central Bristol).
