We are seeking an experienced production coordinator to support the Amazon Studios Unscripted Production Team in the management of EU Unscripted Development and Series. The successful candidate will possess the capability to complete high volumes of complex tasks and projects quickly; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround; and efficiently and creatively solve difficult or complex problems that affect people within the business. You will also be detail oriented with superlative organization skills, as well as the ability to switch gears at a moment's notice. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is key. This position will report to the Head of EU Unscripted Production.Responsibilities * Aid Unscripted projects in all areas from development to production and post production * Daily management of trackers, department templates, and production guidelines * Works with internal departments and production companies on production safety, security, child labor, immigration, visa, travel, and tax issues * Work with our Production Managers, Production and Creative Executives, and Head of Production to analyze budgets and cost reports * Works with post-production and field operations teams to insure delivery of all required assets. * Help coordinate teams' needs between internal departments such as creative, marketing, press, business affairs, legal, finance, product and tax * Experience with a variety of digital media workflows and post production * High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential informationRequired Qualifications * Experience as a production coordinator in television and experience at a broadcast or cable network production department * High attention to detail * Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills * Positive can-do attitude with strong initiative and follow through * Great judgement and common sense * Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment * Creative problem-solverDesired Qualifications * Experience with creating Purchase Orders, Financial Requests, and processing vendor invoices * Experience with creating and maintaining schedules for various projects * Knowledge and experience in all forms of television (e.g., sports, shiny floor competitions, concerts, talk/interview, corporate events, etc.) across all budget levels * Working knowledge of location specific production guidelines and procedures * Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams * Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines * Strong customer service and client management skillsets * Experience with tv production environments * Web-savvy: familiar with online video environment
