Sunset+Vine is looking for a talented and ambitious Production Coordinator to join the team and to support the Production Manager in the administration, operational, logistical, post production and sometimes technical requirements for the smooth running of the programming and production team which includes all staff, freelancers, management and all programme contributors.

The Production Co-ordinator is a key point of contact to the Production Team.

Main Duties
• Working across Mobil 1 the Grid, Gillette World sport and Ad hoc productions
• Organising ENG shoots
• Coordinating in house kit allocation
• Completing production paperwork including shoot call-sheets and risk assessments
• Booking travel for Production Team and Programme Contributors
• Credit card and Petty cash reconcile (for all areas of the departments)
• Booking coordinating for post-production and media management
• Raising purchase orders and processing invoices

Person Profile
• The ideal candidate will already have experience working in a sports television environment.
• Highly organised administrator with a common sense approach to problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely in a team environment.
• Excellent computer skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Please note
• Ideal start date: 16 April 2018
• 5 months contract, which could turn into a longer term opportunity
• This is an office based role, based in our Hammersmith office.
• May include weekend and evening work
