Production Coordinator/ Production Secretary
We are looking for a Production coordinator or experienced Production Secretary to join the team for our Christmas pre-recorded shows.
We are looking for someone with experience of live entertainment shows, with a good understanding of music clearance, Silvermouse paperwork, call sheets, clearance, booking and managing crew and runners, booking travel, dealing with talent.
Someone who can think on their feet in a live studio environment. Great communication skills and the ability to be able to work independently is a must.
Dates are roughly from w/c 22nd Nov for 3 - 4 weeks then another week in early January.
The job will be working from home Tuesday to Friday and then at the studio on Saturdays for the pre-recorded shows.
