Production Coordinator - Football League

Contract Summary
Reporting into Production Manager, the Production Coordinator will be to provide key production co-ordination and assistance to the Production Manager of the EFL Production Partnership

Key Accountabilities

To provide key production assistance and co-ordination support for the EFL Production Partnership project
Scheduling freelancers/staff and maintaining cohesive rosters
Regular liaison with Camera agency re camera ops schedule
Maintaining communication and sharing workflows with the EFL Highlights team
Supporting the team with budgeting, contracting and general administrative duties.
Ensuring Risk Assessments are properly created by the relevant Producer
Completing Field glass work orders and liaising with the departmental finance assistant
Creating Call sheets and being point of contact for crew out of office hours;
Clearing Archive footage and Music where applicable;
Completing PAP post production paperwork;
Cost tracking on a daily basis and keeping track of relevant costs with the Accounts Assistant. Processing invoices and raising purchase orders;
Trouble shooting and dealing with ad hoc production queries/duties within the department in conjunction with the Production Manager;
Managing floats and expenses;
Being point of contact for internal and external clients;
You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.

Required Qualifications

Previous experience as an established Production Assistant preferable
Experience of cost tracking and producing small production budgets;
Experience of raising electronic purchase orders, floats, producing call sheets;
Experience of dealing with Health and safety paperwork, call sheets, and risk assessments.
Desirable

Previous experience at Production Co-ordinator or production assistant level
Excellent communication skills desirable
Interest in the EFL tournament desirable

Working Conditions

This is a fixed term contract position is based in Stockley Park, Uxbridge
Working hours are 40 hours per week
Weekend work will be required, including Christmas and bank holidays.
