We are hiring a Production Coordinator to join our Commercials department in the studio. The successful candidate must show enthusiasm, willingness to learn, very strong communication skills, as well as a flair for organisation and a passion for animation production in all it's forms. All whilst maintaining a cool head in a fast paced and very busy studio!

Key Responsibilities
Act as the communication hub across the entire Commercials department, as well as with our multiple clients
Help to plan and troubleshoot pipelines for multiple short-form productions
Work closely with the Head of Department and Creative Producer to ensure every production is delivered on time
Plan with the available resources to optimise the efficiency of each department, in line with the schedule and budget
Be across all aspects of production as a whole, as well as individual departments
Ensuring the team are working towards the various goals and deadlines that a production demands

Required Skills
Confident in motivating and leading teams with enthusiasm whilst working to tight deadlines
Demonstrable Microsoft Excel skills and experience of working in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs and Final Draft
Experience of working with Production Management Software

Required Experience
Demonstrable experience in scheduling and managing teams across multiple departments
Client-facing experience as well as working to strict deadlines.
Experience working on short-form animated content (preferable but not essential)
Experience working on a variety of animation styles e.g. 3D, 2D, Hand-drawn, VFX (preferable but not essential)
