We're also launching our new brand, core offerings and website w/c 12th June, so the journey ahead looks very exciting and full of opportunity!The role - in more detailAt the heart of the role, the studio manager at RAW helps create and foster a positive, efficient, creative and social environment in which our teams can deliver and thrive.Day-to-day, they manage our projects from briefing through to completion and facilitate communication between the business teams throughout that journey. They'll oversee the process, resourcing, workload scheduling and time management of our in-house and external resources using our project management system, ensuring that our growing creative team is properly briefed, booked in and on schedule for every stage of the production process.You'll take on special projects that support our CEO's vision for the growth of the agency and help the Marketing Director with our industry-leading event programme.You will be trusted to own, run and maintain our in-house systems, processes, workflows and programmes, regularly reviewing as necessary to ensure they are as effective and efficient as possible.There's also the opportunity to work closely with our Creative Producers on some projects - supporting the production of shoots, which might include helping with pitch decks, location scouting, crewing, casting and planning where necessary.Finally, you'll ensure the studio is well-stocked with supplies, be responsible for its appearance, arrange socials and undertake basic HR functions.With project budgets ranging from £10 - 200k, and direct clients across leading UK charities and brands, this is an exciting and rare opportunity to be at the forefront of independent production.Personal Requirements:- Exceptional organisational skills with an unhealthy obsession with process and detail- Energetic, positive and can-do personality- Ability to manage multiple projects, teams and resources- Excellent communicator and connector- Self-motivated and able to foresee and fix problems- Natural problem solverEssential experience / requirements:- Minimum of 1 year in an agency or similar environment in production/studio management role- Previous experience of running a project management system- Understanding of the content production process- Basic InDesign skills- Basic IT troubleshooting skills- Basic knowledge of HRIn return, RAW offer:- A fun, creative and exciting working environment- A wide range of clients and accounts on which to work- Active Bike2Work scheme- Free Spotify Premium account- Day off on your birthdayLocationHolborn, London WC1ContractFull timeSalaryCirca £30k depending on experienceCommencesJuly 2017How to applyEmail covering letter and CV.
