PRODUCTION COORDINATOR - VARIOUS PROGRAMMING FOR SUNSET + VINE SCOTLAND, GLASGOW BASED

THE COMPANY
Sunset+Vine is a global sports media company with major international host broadcast production contracts and UK and international broadcast commissions. We produce more than 2,000 hours of original sports programming a year - a combination of live, highlights and feature programming.

THE ROLE
Sunset+Vine Scotland (Glasgow) are looking for an experienced Production Co-ordinator working predominantly on their Scottish Football output but with opportunities to work on other Sports. You will be a key point of contact within the Production Team and will support the Production Manager in the administration, operational and logistical requirements to ensure the smooth running of the Production. You will work closely with staff, freelancers, management as well as Programme Contributors and liaise with other Sunset + Vine offices, various Broadcasters, Governing Bodies and Football Clubs.

MAIN DUTIES
• Booking travel & hotel accommodation for Production Team and Programme Contributors
• Assisting with all production paperwork including call sheets, ENG shoots, risk assessments and music cue reporting and release forms
• Assisting with the Production finance including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, credit card returns, petty cash and updating cost managers
• You will be expected to be on site for all OBs to assist the Production Manager.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
Experience working as a Production Coordination in television (ideally in a live sports environment)
Highly organised administrator with a common sense approach to problem solving.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely in a team environment.
Excellent computer skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ideally you will have experience of working in a live sports television production environment.
An interest in Football is required!
Be based in Glasgow

KEY DETAILS
Ideal start date: Immediate
Fixed-term contract, full time, until end of May 2020.
Productions will involve working unsociable hours and weekend work as necessary
The role will involve working on live OBs which on occasion will require overnight stays.
