Overview
World Class production is at the heart of everything we do, and our passionate and busy production team are one the look-out for a hard-working production coordinator to join the ViacomCBS family.

Our production team manage every aspect of commissioned content production across VIMN UK's channels. This involves negotiating commissioned content commercial terms, programme delivery, payments, paperwork reporting, Ofcom regionality reporting, Risk management, workflow and commissioned information sharing, Health & Safety & Insurance.

This role will be focused on working for the worlds leading music television channel, MTV, working across pre and post production and supporting the rest of the team with an efficient and attention detail orientated approach.

Ideally this role would be suited for someone with a keen interest and love for television, as-well as a couple of credits as a production coordinator under their belt, if this sounds like you then we'd love to hear from you!

What is the role
Coordinating the schedule for MTV's Music Slate of programmes and ensure on time and efficient deliveries.
Arranging payment for staff, freelancers, and processing invoices.
Completion of post-production paperwork.
Assist in talent bookings.
Managing micro-budgets.
Backfilling other production positions within MTV as needed.
Setting up shoots.
Managing long term business projects as required.
Day-to-day admin and support for the production team.
Maintain and manage a positive tidy working environment.
Embrace the 'One ViacomCBS' approach and encourage collaboration and team working
Be an ambassador for all VCNI channels, internally and externally
Adopt and promote the ViacomCBS values and support a culture of inclusion

What skills do you need
Experience in Postproduction Paperwork.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience with producing Call Sheets.
Positive way of working.
Good email manner.
Confidence with managing micro-budgets.
Understanding of corporate workings.
Attention to detail.
Love of Music
