Current vacancy We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Production Co-ordinator to join our small, friendly and committed team in Dalston, East London.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Production Co-ordinator will be responsible for all administrative tasks, the set up and smooth running of productions from commission through to final delivery, and the supervision of a production trainee.
Vital qualities are outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail, good time management, strong and concise communication, and excellent people skills. Candidates should come with a proven track record in effective cost control and budgeting.

Key responsibilities:
· Set up and management of productions from commission through to final delivery
· Sourcing and booking equipment, travel and accommodation
· Securing and contracting crew
· Writing and disseminating call sheets and production paperwork
· Keeping track of production budgets and finances (credit card reconciliation, petty cash)
· Updating and maintaining company databases
· Co-ordinating back up of film projects to company hard drives
· General office management
· Supervising and supporting the development of the production trainee
Other responsibilities:
· Maintaining and updating company website and social media channels
· Transcription of rushes
· Attending shoots when required
· Attending quarterly board meetings and taking minutes
All candidates must:
· Have a minimum of two years' experience setting up location and/or studio filming
· Have experience of budgeting and cost management
· Be social media savvy
Ideally, you would have:
· Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite and Premiere Pro
· A clean driving licence
· An interest in supporting the Managing Director with Business Development
This role would suit a Production Co-ordinator who is looking for new challenges and who would relish the chance to be part of a growing social enterprise.
This is a part time position (4 days per week) offered on a 12-month contract (after which this will be reviewed), with an initial 3-month probation period.
Salary: £25-26,000 (pro rata) depending on experience
