Production Co-ordinator

We are looking for a Production Co-ordinator to assist in managing all aspects of production.

This is a varied role, with the Production Co-ordinator managing the production workflow process, invoicing, all elements of production paper work and organisation including contracts, call sheets, risk assessments and when called for on set duties.

Based in: Shoreditch, London (including flexible working arrangements)
Reports to: Senior Producer, History Hit TV
Contract Type: Part-time
Salary: Based on experience

Key Responsibilities
Providing administrative and logistical support to the Senior Producer, scheduling productions and managing workflow processes
Responsible for production-related and time-sensitive actions including; booking couriers and taxis, managing production logs and paperwork, setting up project folders, reconciling floats & expenses, booking kit, crew, securing locations and studios
Manages all invoices and payments that come in and out of the company including supplier & talent invoices
Key person to keep communication flowing and ensure producers have all they need
Assists manager with all trackers and project logs to ensure correct information is captured
Organising shoots and audio recordings remotely, in the UK and Internationally; understanding COVID restrictions, local requirements, permits and protocols; researching and booking travel and accommodation
Managing archive, liaising with producers & editors to deliver scripts and edits for legal reviews
Other responsibilities as required dependant on projects

Required Attributes
A good understanding of all stages of production
Be a great multi-tasker
Excellent organisational and logistical skills
Experience of working on archive based productions
An ability to work proactively and with foresight
Solid experience in Silvermouse and post-production paperwork
flexibility to work from home and in the office
Be proficient using G-Suite and Excel

Desirable Experience
Understanding of the heritage and related education sectors
Dev team / agency briefing experience for new product features
While we will review applications from different sectors, a humanities degree or professional background, particularly in history, is advantageous given subject matter
