Little Dot Studios' digital history brands Timeline and Absolute History already generate more than 1m unique video views a day, with Timeline amassing 2m subscribers on YouTube alone.We are looking for a Production Co-ordinator to assist in managing all aspects of production.This is a varied role, with the Production Co-ordinator managing the production workflow process, invoicing, all elements of production paper work and organisation including contracts, call sheets, risk assessments and when called for on set duties.Based in: Shoreditch, London (including flexible working arrangements)Reports to: Senior Producer, History Hit TVContract Type: Part-timeSalary: Based on experienceKey ResponsibilitiesProviding administrative and logistical support to the Senior Producer, scheduling productions and managing workflow processesResponsible for production-related and time-sensitive actions including; booking couriers and taxis, managing production logs and paperwork, setting up project folders, reconciling floats & expenses, booking kit, crew, securing locations and studiosManages all invoices and payments that come in and out of the company including supplier & talent invoicesKey person to keep communication flowing and ensure producers have all they needAssists manager with all trackers and project logs to ensure correct information is capturedOrganising shoots and audio recordings remotely, in the UK and Internationally; understanding COVID restrictions, local requirements, permits and protocols; researching and booking travel and accommodationManaging archive, liaising with producers & editors to deliver scripts and edits for legal reviewsOther responsibilities as required dependant on projectsRequired AttributesA good understanding of all stages of productionBe a great multi-taskerExcellent organisational and logistical skillsExperience of working on archive based productionsAn ability to work proactively and with foresightSolid experience in Silvermouse and post-production paperworkflexibility to work from home and in the officeBe proficient using G-Suite and ExcelDesirable ExperienceUnderstanding of the heritage and related education sectorsDev team / agency briefing experience for new product featuresWhile we will review applications from different sectors, a humanities degree or professional background, particularly in history, is advantageous given subject matterHow to ApplyPlease send:PDF CVInclude your availability/notice period if applicable
