Production Co-ordinator - Scotland Office

Sunset + Vine Scotland are looking for a Production Co-ordinator. They will be a key point of contact within the Production Team and will support the Production Manager in the administration, operational and logistical requirements for the smooth running of the programming and production team - which includes all staff, freelancers, management and all programme contributors.

Main Duties
• Managing and booking travel and hotel accommodation for the Production Team and Programme Contributors.
• Assisting with the Production finance which may include raising Purchase Orders, processing invoices, managing credit card and petty cash returns, updating cost managers and running a float.
• Assisting the Production Management team in all production admin and paperwork including callsheets, risk assessments, music reporting for broadcasters and contributor release forms.


Person Profile
• The ideal candidate will already have experience working in a sports television environment.
• Good team player who works well with a small team of people.
• Excellent computer skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Have an interest in Football

Please note
This role will involve working unsociable hours and weekend work as necessary as we are primarily involved on the production of the SPFL games for BT Sport. The Scottish office is based in Glasgow city centre.
