Production Assistant/Co-ordinator

Central London

Tracc is looking for an enthusiastic Production Assistant/Production Coordinator to join our growing company. Your primary responsibilities will be to help the Production Manager in the day to day running of our busy Production department as well as any ad hoc tasks that arise.
What will your role involve...

You will:
• Need to prioritise your tasks to ensure that you meet various deadlines and ensure that all your responsibilities are met.
• Manage all aspects of client relationships including a weekly report and Production meetings.
• Maintain records on our online project management systems such as Teamwork and Zoho during the various stages of production.
• Help organise and crew up various shoots as well as putting together detailed and accurate call sheets. Liaise with crew, booking any necessary travel and accommodation requirements for each shoot.
• Frequently raise PO numbers for freelance crew and accounts team.
• Need to communicate directly with clients on a daily basis.
• Assist the Senior Editor in managing and controlling the flow of all content for post-production (Premiere Pro).

This role requires a person who has previous experience in the production of video content. The right person will have a good mix of business sense and an ability to think creatively so that they can communicate with the various stakeholders involved in projects.
You will be expected to be a flexible member of the team. Must have excellent communication skills.

Key accountabilities
• Assisting the Production Manager, Producer and Senior Editor.
• Adept at prioritising workload.
• Be responsible for all record keeping, invoicing and compiling of call sheets.
• Provide a professional service to clients throughout the production process.

What you'll need
• You must be eligible to work in the UK and be based in London.
• Previous experience in video production.
• Excellent client communication skills.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Computer proficiency - Outlook, Word, Excel,
