Brown Bag Films are looking to employ the role of Production Co-Ordinator. This is a full time fixed term position and will appeal to someone looking to gain invaluable experience in a creative and dynamic company.

Summary of the role:

Work with the Production Manager and the Supervising Technical and Creative Team to ensure an efficient and fast flow of information across the departments
Follow up with the artists to ensure they understand their assignments and report back to Manager & TD
Maintain tracking documents and keep asset database up to date with all necessary information
Accurate notes taking and follow through on action points
Responsible for the sending and receipt of materials to and from the client and from freelancers
Follow up with freelancers on delivery deadlines
Create Modelsheets and prepare visuals
And any other tasks deemed necessary by your manager

Person Specification:

1 years previous production experience required
Experienced in database work and maintaining tracking documents
Good understanding of schedules and deadlines
Clear and fast communicator of production information
Comfortable in working to tight deadlines
Microsoft Office, in particularly Excel (required)
Strong knowledge of FTP software (required)
Good Knowledge of Photoshop and Acrobat
