We are seeking a talented Production Assistant with experience within either post-production or production. The role will support our existing team on all things pre-production and post-production. You don't need a lot of experience, but you must be enthusiastic and willing to learn.

Key responsibilities
* Support with documentation for all aspects of production on all live jobs including PPM decks, call-sheets, cash reconciliations, and delivery of assets to clients and post meetings.
* Liaise with freelance crew.
* Take minutes in meetings.
* Ensures internal department workflow and tracking documents are kept up to date.
* Managing production accounts and expenses.
* Be the point of call for all shoots and have an understanding of the environment and schedule.
* Support the studio team to ensure that it is always fully stocked and presentable.
* Wrap jobs.
* Office management.
* Diary management.

Requirements
* 1+ year's experience in production or post production.
* Experience using gdrive, especially google sheets.
* A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
* Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.
* An enthusiasm for the industry.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* You must be punctual.
* You must understand the importance of taking detailed notes and recording expenditure accurately.
* You should be flexible and well organised, and be able to think on your feet.
* You should be level headed, and able to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
* You must be able to contribute to good working relationships, and to create a positive atmosphere for the rest of the team.
