IMG Productions are seeking a Production Assistant to provide administrative support to the Motorsports production team.

The successful candidate will be working across the FIA World Rallycross Championship, FIM Speedway Productions & Gymkhana Grid. They will provide general administrative support, including arranging travel for crew and preparing call sheets for all events. Processing post-production paperwork such as music cue sheets, scripts, raising purchase orders and processing invoices will also be required, as well as carrying out any other duties directed by the Production Manager. In addition the PA will be responsible for simple media management duties such as the management of media on our nearline and ISIS workspaces.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role within a production environment. A keen interest in technology would be desirable. An interest in motorsports will be an advantage. Training will be given.
