Production Assistant, UEFA

Stockley Park, Uxbridge

Reporting into the Production Managers, the Production Assistant will provide administrative and production support to the Executive Producer and Production Managers in the UEFA team.

Key Accountabilities

Administrative Support - Production

Support and assist Executive Producer & Production Managers in all aspects of administration of the UEFA Department
Responsibility for checking, putting together and publishing production paperwork for UEFA productions.
Assist with general production administration, including: organising, travel and accommodation, booking freelancers, processing invoices etc;
Be a key point of contact for any general production enquires from both internal and external clients and suppliers
Responsible for handling float requests and reconciliations, credit card accounts and expenses
Obtaining quotes for upcoming production requirements (including crew, kit, travel, transport and accommodation etc.);

General Administrative Support

General administration duties and support as required
Responsible for organising, taking minutes and organising catering for various meetings;
Key admin support to Production Managers
You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job

Required Qualifications (Knowledge & Experience)

Demonstrated administration experience
Previous experience in a production environment
Knowledge and experience of managing and processing invoices, booking freelancers
Experience of music cue sheets and post production paperwork
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (ability to build and maintain good relationships with both internal and external customers)
Calm and professional manner when working under pressure
Outstanding organisational skills (i.e. ability to prioritise workload efficiently)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Positive, professional, proactive, diligent and flexible approach to work
An eye for details - aptitude for precision and accuracy
Experience and knowledge of pre-production and post-production processes desirable
Experience of third party clearances desirable
Experience of using SAP desirable
Production Health & Safety Training qualified desirable

Working Conditions

This is a fixed term position (until June 2021), based at Stockley Park, Uxbridge (free on-site parking)
Working hours are on average 40 hours per week
May be required to attend (and travel to) location
Unsocial hours, dictated as and when by the demands of the production schedule
