IMG is the largest independent sports production company in the world. Our production, Golfing World, is a TV magazine show covering the game of golf in all its forms - from interviews with leading professionals to instructional content for young amateurs.

A mixture of profiles, highlights, destination reports on leading golf courses around the world and archive of the greatest moments in the history of the game, it's broadcast in multiple territories around the world, shown on many airline inflight entertainment systems and also distributed widely online.

We are now looking for a diligent, highly organized, capable and hardworking Production Assistant to join our well established hardworking Golfing World production team. Reporting to the Production Manager, the successful candidate will provide administrative support across all the Golfing World production team including the Executive Producer. This will include filing, booking flights and accommodation in addition to supporting with post-edit delivery and client care.

Responsibilities will include supporting the Production Manager and Production Coordinator in setting up single camera shoots, booking crew, contributors, equipment, travel and accommodation as well as organising visas, carnets and call sheets. The Production Assistant will also assist the team with the post-production schedule, including booking crew and facilities; raising purchase orders and processing invoices. The successful candidate will be the point of contact for both internal and external clients.
Applicants must have previous experience in an administrative role within a production environment. Knowledge of post-production processes is essential. Some knowledge of archive/stills/music clearances is desirable.
