The Production Assistant will be supporting and assisting the Senior Producer & Production Manager in all aspects of administration, as well as being a key point of contact for other team members, external and internal clients.

Key responsibilities will include; checking, putting together and publishing production paperwork.
As well as occasionally lending the same support to UEFA and MLS productions; assist with general production administration, including invoice processing and Fieldglass payments, post-production paperwork (scripts, music cue sheets etc.), updating cost reports and creating call sheets and be a key point of contact for any general production enquires from both internal and external clients and suppliers. Other responsibilities include assisting in post-production and live schedule, including booking facilities and crew and setting-up of single camera shoots including booking crew, contributors, equipment, travel, accommodation, and applying for visas and carnets.


Applicants must have previous experience in an administrative role preferably within a production environment. Desirable attributes include: Some knowledge of post-production paperwork; copyright; excellent organisation and communication skills (both written and verbal); excellent interpersonal skills (when to employ diplomacy, discretion, and initiative) and the ability to work to tight deadlines effectively and independently.

PLEASE NOTE: This role will be based at Stockley Park, Uxbridge. This role will involve Sunday late shifts (with accrued day off in lieu in the week) and possible late finishes on Fridays.
