ITV Creative is our in-house creative agency and is responsible for creating and producing on-air and off-air communications for our brand portfolio and multiple external clients. Responsible for over £270 million worth of airtime this department is a mix of Creatives (broadcast, print and digital), Designers, Social, Continuity, and Producers. Integrated thinking is applied to create outstanding work for all media on-air; off-air; digital; product/event design & experiential.

New exciting opportunities have arisen to join ITV Creative as our 2 Production Assistants.

What these roles will entail...
The 2 Production Assistant roles are to support ITV Creative in producing integrated campaigns and associated assets across all media and channels, working across the department as required.
This role will work closely with the Team Producers on their day to day responsibilities within the hub as well as supporting the wider Production & Operations Team, and department.

Learning and developing skills in off air, digital and continuity providing support to these teams when needed as well as supporting off air, digital, continuity and social media teams in production duties including sourcing images, following processes, uploading digital assets for campaigns as briefed by Team Producer.

You will support the whole production team in all production tasks related to campaigns & projects, from brief to delivery, across all asset types whilst working closely with Team Producers, you will source relevant programme material, assist with clip clearance, liaise with libraries and production companies as required.


The ideal candidates:
Experience in a design, production or creative environment is desirable, although this role is an entry level position with the opportunity to progress within ITV Creative.
A creative thinker who is able to convey to others creative ideas and appreciates the artistic and creative aims of the productives
Good computer literacy
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work to tight deadlines, manage multiple projects and prioritise workload
Highly motivated, strong team player
Recognising key relationships and making conscious effort to build rapport and strong working relationships across business areas
Some knowledge and experience of broadcasting processes and terminology
