Ritzy Animation are an exciting youthful company on the hunt for someone to join our welcoming family!

We are looking for an in-house London based Production Assistant/Secretary. The role will be to assist in the smooth running and efficient administration of a busy production office. You will need very strong organisational skills and demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritise as appropriate.


The ideal candidate will have experience in:

- Assisting with keeping production schedules on track
- Organising and managing meetings (physical and virtual)
- Filing and logging paperwork (such as NDA's and freelancer contracts)
- Assisting the Production Manager
- Keeping key databases up to date
- Petty cash management
- Managing Freelancer contracts
- Using software such as, Word, Excel. Bonus: InDesign and Photoshop
- Being tech savvy, troubleshooting basic IT issues
- Answering phones, liaising with clients via e-mail and taking minutes in meetings
- Organising team events/ drinks/ activities / celebrations
- Making sure the kitchen area is fully stocked up and tidy
- Purchasing equipment and stationary
- Day to day admin


The candidate must be proactive and thrive in a very fast-paced environment with important deadlines that must be met.

Experience within animation production is preferred but not essential.
