Starting immediately, we are looking for a Production Assistant to join our freelance pool. We are a mission-driven company, set up to share ideas, with integrity. We have worked with the European Commission, UN, Yale University and Imperial College Business School. We regularly work with Nobel Prize Winners and heads of government. We produce a range of editorial content including films and programmes, e-learning content and lecture series, as well as social videos and campaigns. We are exploring our own content, TV series and documentaries. JOB DESCRIPTIONWe're looking for someone to join our fast-growing team on a freelance basis as we have several projects. Working with the Production Co-ordinator and Executive Producer, you'll be helping out all the way through the production process.Responsibilities include:- Edit scheduling- Maintaining freelance directory- Scheduling and booking of crews, studio and facilities- Monitoring of costs for projects and finance support- Assisting with staff scheduling and leave records- Putting together call sheets, risk assessments and schedules- Compiling and running our social media calendar- Archive research- Researching and writing briefs- Ad hoc requests as required- Working on budgets and schedules, as requiredStaff are a mix of London-office based and remote, as the projects require.
