Production Assistant

London

Our client, a well known TV company, requires a Production Assistant to join their team. You will be responsible for supporting logistical/administrative elements of the Production Management workflow, providing support for Production Coordinators, Line Producers and the needs of the wider team.

Key duties

• To be the lead Gate Keeper on all company systems. Assisting in setting up training sessions directly with the external companies and the productions companies, providing help/support. Manage onboarding and access requests both internally and externally
• Ensure that all production paperwork templates are kept updated and under review. Tracking any changes and uploading to the hub
• Diary Management
• Create meeting Agendas/Minutes for efficiency of time management and record keeping
• Work with the Production Coordinators to track and update the relevant departments with COVID submissions
• Work with EMEA teams and the Production Coordinators to manage a workflow for updates on productions, ensuring that all key dates are recorded and communicated to the relevant departments.
• Complete and issue the weekly Postproduction Delivery tracking email to stakeholders.
• Manage and track the license process
• Ensure that all internal contact lists are kept updated.

Skills & Experience

• Some experience working within the broadcast industry, both across scripted and non-scripted programming.
• An understanding of TV production and admin duties consistently required.
• An understanding of Production Management and production processes.
• Proficient in Keynote (for Mac) and Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Diary management & systems.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Experience in working with different software platforms
• A good understanding of industry workflow.
• Ability to be able to work within a team and independently to ensure tasks are completed.
• Expectational strong time management skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
