We're a micro-indie specialising in arts and sports documentaries and in need of a production assistant to work on an existing production in London in a flexible role. Would suit a recent graduate from a TV/media degree, with 9-12 months basic experience in the industry, a technical lean and an organised mind. Responsibilities:· General assisting to director and team on location shoots (basic camera experience preferable but not essential).· Edit and DIT assistance (basic understanding of video codecs and file types is essential, and experience or knowledge of FCPX/Premiere and file conversions a plus!)· Admin assistance: helping with travel plans, expenses and production team support (basic Excel skills essential).Initially, a 4 week staff contract but may extend. Must be available for an immediate start. Due to lack of time we'll only be contacting potential candidates - sorry!
