• Assist the Archive Producer & Commercial lead with the day-to-day management of productions across the department• Assist with the co-ordination of fast-turnaround short-form programming as required • Assist with the co-ordination of all aspects of post-production and other resources, such as kit, cameras and edit suites• Assist with the preparation and distribution of call sheets, risk assessments and other appropriate production paperwork• Compile and take responsibility for all aspects of the completion and close down of productions, liaising with relevant individuals across archive, script writers, music and contributors' release forms and contracts• Ensure all paperwork is correct to enable submission to the relevant broadcaster• Keep accurate logs and track progress of deliverables to the relevant channel.• To act as the main liaison between the editors and producers to ensure on-time delivery • To ensure the smooth delivery of the programmes• Ensuring rushes are ingested ready for editor on edit days• Ensuring timescales don't slip, and deadlines of editing and filming cut off are kept to by producers• Ensuring all production costs are tracked and reported to execs regularly
