WHAT'S YOUR NEW ROLE ABOUT?

As a Production Assistant at DAZN, you will be responsible for assisting in the creating and production of exciting live and non-live programming for DAZN from our state of the art production facility in Leeds. The role will include involvement and participation at every stage of the production and broadcasting process. This will include but not be limited to assisting in the organising and pre-production of programme features, through to aiding producers with filming on location, and exposure to live programmes made from a TV Gallery for major sporting matches and events.

As someone passionate about European, US and Canadian Sports, you'll know what makes a good story. You will be a highly motivated individual who is keen to learn, you will need basic technical skills in editing and an awareness of the production process. It is preferable but not essential for the right candidate to be able to speak fluent Spanish.

You will be working on a global product with the opportunity to shape a new generation of sports fans via a video OTT platform that delivers streaming of sport (live and on demand) to customers around the world. These graduate roles offer the successful candidates an amazing first step into the world of sports broadcasting.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR NEW ROLE?

Assisting Producer in creation of short and long form content
Assisting Production manager in co-ordination of shoots and productions
Working in an edit suite, editing sport highlights
Preparing, selecting, researching, logging sport matches and shot rushes for broadcast
Researching and developing creative production ideas

DO YOU HAVE THESE ESSENTIALS?

Degree in Media, Television/Film Production, Journalism
Passionate about sport with huge drive, determination and work ethic
TV production skills and the ability to recognise a story, and work as a team
Ability to self-cut on non-linear editing tools preferably Adobe Premier

DO YOU HAVE THESE DESIRABLES?

General knowledge of worldwide sports, including teams and players.
Willingness to work occasionally long and unsociable hours, and weekends
Spanish language skills
