Production Assistant / Office Manager / Personal Assistant

London

We are looking for an Office Manager and Assistant to join our fast-growing team.

Based at our Southwark office, the role is a mix of office management and production assistance, with some personal assistance and diary management for our Managing Director/CEO.
We are a small, growing team of 10 people in a mission-driven production, education and entertainment company. We work on productions that matter: sharing ideas with integrity. We work with NGOs, think tanks and universities around the world, and develop our own projects too.
You will work hard but learn a huge amount and work with great people, both within the team and externally. We will look to support your career in production and in time train you up to be able to do other roles in the company. You will be reporting directly to our CEO and see all aspects of the company. This is an entry level position for someone enthusiastic and driven to succeed.
To apply, send a short summary of yourself and what you would bring to the role. Take a moment to review our website and twitter feed to get a sense of what we do. We will be interviewing on a rolling basis and looking for someone to start ASAP.

Roles include:
- Managing our office and studio in London Bridge, supporting all administrative, legal, operational activities - from ordering staplers to assisting with co-ordinating filming in multiple continents to managing a diary to QCing deliveries of videos
- Helping to manage post-production across our multiple projects in explainers, digital short form, eLearning and entertainment
- Helping with Risk Assessments and Call Sheets
- Hands on assisting with production management at all levels - there are small task and big ones

We are more focused on finding the right person for our team - so we are open to people new to production.

About you:
- Excellent organizational and logistical skills.
- Trustworthy, reliable, likeable - someone who makes the office a joyous place
- A top administrator - someone who takes pride in things going well
- Knowledge of the production process
- Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping any balls, and be good with multi-tasking
- Excellent communication skills, and confidence in dealing with high profiles clients and members of our team
- Proactive in looking ahead, ability to anticipate potential problems and finding resolutions in a timely manner
- A desire to work on productions that matter. An interest in Current Affairs and the sorts of productions we work on is a must
- Educated to degree level.
- Right to work in the UK
- A desire to grow your skills and experience professionally in an exciting new era for production companies
