IMG Audio is seeking a Production Assistant to provide administrative support to its production team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the production team and undertaking general administrative duties within it - these will include booking travel / accommodation, booking crews and kit, organising event accreditation, as well as preparing call sheets and risk assessments. Processing post-production paperwork such as music cue sheets, archive logs/scripts, raising purchase orders and processing invoices will also be required. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role within a production environment. Knowledge of Audio / Radio workflows is desirable, as is an interest in sport.

The IMG Audio team boasts over 50 years of experience in the radio industry and provides a comprehensive service to sports bodies and broadcasters alike, producing award winning live programming and podcasts for global radio stations, official websites, official Apps and Apple Podcasts.

Some of the high-profile sporting bodies serviced include Premier League, UEFA, Wimbledon, World Rugby, ICC, European Tour, Ryder Cup and The R&A.
