Production Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Complete post-production paperwork - including music cue sheets, archive lists, scripts
• Raise purchase orders and process invoices
• Organise travel/logistics
• Point of contact for both internal and external clients
You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job, as directed by the Production Manager
Unusual Challenges or Circumstances e.g. shift(s)/ unsocial hours/ travel etc
• Some weekend/evening shifts may be required if allocated to a production
Key Results Areas
• Excellent production assistance to production team and PM
• Ensure all necessary pre and post-production paperwork is in place
• Compliance with company procedures as per IMG 'Black Book'
• Take on more responsibility according to experience

Knowledge and Experience

• Work experience within an administrative area

Skills and Abilities

• Previous experience in production administration
• Highly organised
• Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Good command of the English language and excellent grammar skills
• Ability to learn quickly with new software

• Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
