REPORTING TO: Head of Production Finance

Working in a busy creative environment, the successful candidate will work on high profile TV series.

Key responsibilities:
-Provide regular cost report and up to date forecast advice on managed productions.
-Highlight potential material over / under spends and notify Producer and other relevant stakeholders
-Prepare monthly cost reports to client for managed projects with detailed analysis of movement
-Work with Accounts Assistant to handle invoice and expense processing and payment
-Attend monthly client call with Producer to answer any financial questions raised by the client
-Prepare paperwork for UK Tax Credit application where applicable
-Complete monthly bank recs for all SPV's
-Prepare monthly management accounts to TB stage for managed SPV's with detailed analysis of any movements
-Prepare all paperwork for managed SPV's for audit & liaise with auditors through the audit process
-Work closely with Producers to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the financial aspect of the production is communicated at all times.
-Work closely with Producer / Director of Operations in compiling annual budget & quarterly forecast
-Continually access procedures to maximize efficiencies
-Ad hoc projects as and when identified

Key Requirements:

-Must have at least 3 years' experience working in a similar sized SME at a mid-senior level
-Must have a recognized accountancy qualification
-Must be adaptable and self-motivated
-Must be a clear communicator
