We are a production company responsible for televising the BBC Proms, the biggest and broadest classical music festival in the world. We are looking for a Production Accountant for this year's series of the Proms. This is a London-based production. We are particularly interested in receiving applications from those with a disability or other under-represented groups in our industry.

Would need to be available from mid-May to mid-October. Please send your CV with covering letter.

The Role will require the accountant to carry out the following tasks:

Payroll
Process payroll using Sage on a monthly basis
Access workers for pension auto-enrolment and upload pension information into NOW pension portal
Pay over PAYE / NI to HMRC each month

Processing on the accountancy software (NAV)
Post purchase ledger invoices
Supplier payment runs
Bank postings and bank reconciliation
Payroll journal
Equals cards - set up and issue to the relevant production team
Enter in Equals card spend into NAV

Reporting
Cost Reporting using an in house excel template
Reconciliation of the cost monitor (held by the Production Manager) to the cost report
Aid the production team for any other financial reporting requirements
Run quarterly VAT Returns
