Producer/Content/Production Manager

At Social Films, we produce memorable video content that helps brands to reach new audiences across social media channels.

We're seeking a bright, talented, and organised producer to join our studio in Shoreditch. As a key member of our team, you will guide our clients through the production process - Creating short form content, through to high-end branded ads, immersive media and more.

You'll need to have excellent communication and time management skills, and the ability to quickly understand new topics and work collaboratively to help translate that information into engaging video content.

We're looking for someone who can quickly immerse themselves in our ideas-driven culture - And can quickly adapt to change at a high speed pace. A natural instinct / enthusiasm for what makes content shareable and what generates an online conversation is essential.

What we hope you'll love doing:

You'll play a lead role in all stages of the production process from initial briefing through to final delivery - Developing, costing, presenting & delivering creative solutions for client campaigns.

You'll collaborate with in house crew, freelancers, kit rooms and clients - Creating and managing production schedules and accurately forecasting projects.

You'll help us to welcome new clients onboard and guide them effortlessly through our production workflow.

You'll help to build our team, develop our internal skill-set and nurture our freelance network.

You'll have an eye for detail and be able to spot disaster by troubleshooting and diagnosing problems ahead of time.

You'll keep everyone on track - Reviewing, updating and communicating project statuses, timelines and budgets - You'll always be on the lookout for ways to improve efficiency and reduce cost.

You're creative. You're often found browsing Vimeo in your spare time and always finding inspiration in unlikely places.

You're passionate about film and all things digital and have a "never stop learning" attitude.

You're unflappable & super organised. You keep your cool while managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

You're a people person. You have excellent communication skills and a relatable client management style.

You're inventive - You'll find a way to make even the dullest topics stand out.

You enjoy a fast paced environment where no two days are the same
