We are in need of a producer/director for 2x 30" commercials as part of a larger Christmas campaign, for a well known online clothing brand.

The campaign involves a competition ad that will ask the public to nominate someone special who they think is deserving of recognition for being a selfless, giving person. The winner of this competition will be surprised by their friends and family and we will be there film this!

For the second shoot we'll need to go back and revisit the nominee. Last year we put on a soup kitchen for a chosen charity on behalf of the winner as part of her prize again this year we will need to organise a gift that is related to however the winner gives themselves.

The first, 'surprise' shoot will be 1 x day on 23rd November. TX date for first spot is 10th December.
The second shoot will be 1 x day in w/c 27th November (TBC). TX for second spot it 16th December.

We are looking for people with good people skills who can bring the best out of people on camera through diligent research and attention to the detail. Interviews could be with nervous people and so this person needs to be able to gently bring the story out.

Ideally the person for the role will have experience in setting up surprise shoots, is used to agile working (used to changing plans due to contributor availability) and is experienced in working with well known talent.
