Taylor Herring's production arm, St Marks Studios, is looking for a competent Producer on a full time contract to support all aspects of video and event production for the business.

This candidate will be working with the production teams handling a wide range of projects in the pipelines. This involves assisting the Head of Production with shoot planning, location recce's, risk assessments, production procurement, script proo!ng, event management, expenses and other production related work.

The team will count on you for various crucial tasks, from organizing research, creating call sheets to distributing scripts to crowd control. This is a very fast moving environment with last-minute changes happening so someone who is a quick thinker and thick-skinned will succeed in this position.

We are looking for a personable candidate with great phone and note taking skills. High energy and commitment are essential. If you are a restless individual who can multi-task, solve problems and do things proactively, you'll quickly become invaluable.

The goal is to ensure production gets on smoothly and problem-free.

Responsibilities

• Help with research, planning and building presentations to internal and external stakeholders
• Create paperwork including schedules, call sheets and budgets
• Call suppliers around the UK to assist with our production projects
• Research and arrange contracts with extras onshoots/events
• Full production requests onsite for shoots and liaise with the head of production
• Physical labour assisting with the movement of props and set pieces
• Work on budget reconciliations and admin
- Assist with recruitment and helping with new business proposals
Requirements
• Proven 5 years of experience as in production with an event or video production with a passion for disruptive PR campaigns • Computer savvy - Mac and PC - high proficiency in Microsoft office
• Highly organised individual with multi-tasking abilities
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving
• A team player with great communication skills
• A valid driver's license
• Video Editing or Adobe Creative Suite are major plus
• Knowledge of terminology will be appreciated
