Our films are based on human truths.They communicate at a deep level: stimulating intelligence, feeding curiosity andinspiring action.We now have an opportunity for a talented Producer to join our team in London.The suitable candidate will have a passion for storytelling alongside proven experiencein branded content, producing high quality documentary, brand, corporate andcommercial films.This role requires at least 2+ years experience in the industry as a Producer with a solidproduction background.Primary responsibilities:* Overseeing all aspects of production, from ideas generation and pitch writing,shoot logistics and post-production, through to delivery and distribution* Responsible for all client communications and client management* Decision maker on budget spend - the producer is responsible for budgetcreation, management, reconciliation and reporting* Obtaining all relevant project permissions and corresponding paperwork: NDAs,freelancer contracts, release forms, archive licensing, music licensing, VOlicensing etc.* Responsible for health and safety on assigned projects, including riskassessments* Along with other team members, responsible for story and contributor research,as well as creative development of projects and overseeing edits* Attending shoots, both UK and international travel, sometimes in aProducer/Director roleEssential Knowledge & Experience:Proven experience in:* Organising international shoots.* Documentary and/or commercial film production.* Managing production finance.* Liaising with external clients.* Co-ordinating a team of people.* Managing multiple film projects from concept through to completion.Skills* A solid knowledge and understanding of current production and post processes* Proven experience in research, particularly casting contributors, is desirable.* Hard working, with superb planning, organisational and administrative skills.* Excellent communicator.* Flexible and organised.* Ability to multi-task and prioritise.* Confidence to make day-to-day production decisions.* Mac savvy.* Knowledge of InDesign and budget management/scheduling software (ideally FarmersWife) is desirable but not essential.Please send a CV and covering message including your salary expectations.Please note this is not an entry level role so please only apply if you match the desiredcriteria.Interviews to commence in August, with a view to start September 2019.
