We are currently looking for a talented Producer to work on a varied mix of film projects.

Your fit
Playing an important role within the film team, reporting directly to the Director of Client Delivery
Working on a wide range of film projects, managing them from brief through to final delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, focusing on the accuracy and detail required to highlight any issues and solutions to the Director of Client Delivery in a timely manner
Managing day-to-day client relationships, ensuring a consistent level of service is delivered and client's expectations are managed at each stage of delivery
Working closely with assistant producers, directors and editors wherever necessary, maintaining a strong line of communication throughout each project
Ensuring high standards are reached on all projects with a commercial outlook at all times
Ability to work with minimal or no supervision, self motivated and able to work effectively under pressure but also as a key team player

Your day-to-day role
Managing a wide range of films with varying budgets from brief through to final delivery, working on multiple projects at the same time
Developing creative solutions that are on brand and within budget
Organising all aspects of film shoots including paperwork, sourcing locations, crew and actors
Acting as the direct line manager to Producer and Assistant Producer levels of the business
Monitoring project costs throughout, reporting to the Director of Client Delivery regularly
Producing film shoots of varying size, scale and budget
Working in a busy environment within tight timescales
Building strong client relationships throughout every project
Developing efficient working relationships with all divisions within fresh

Skills and experience
IT proficiency (ideally with a Mac) including excellent Word, Excel, Powerpoint or Keynote and Outlook/ Entourage
Proven track record of organising and managing film production and post production projects
Exceptional organisational skills, work prioritisation, time management and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and the ability to develop a strong working relationship with team members and clients
Able to work independently when required even whilst under pressure
Attention to detail and the ability to deliver projects on-brand and to the brief within challenging and strict timescales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, written and verbal
Good financial and budgetary management skills
